Shipping and lead times
At burotic, we know that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we process all of our orders within 24 to 48 hours. The delivery usually takes between one (1) and five (5) business days after your order has been shipped.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we only ship to Canada.
We are working very hard to offer delivery to other countries. We will keep this page updated on the latest countries we can deliver to.
Yes, but there are exceptions.
All of our accessories and our Aspire frame come with a tracking number when they ship, so you will be able to track where they are in real-time.
Our Signature desks (Pioneer, Achiever and Visionary) do not come with tracking numbers. They are shipped either in-house or with a delivery partner who, unfortunately, does not provide a tracking service.
Rest assured that you will generally receive your order within three (3) business days of your predetermined time slot, which you will receive over the phone once you get a shipping confirmation email.

You will see three shipping options when you check out.
Pick up in-store: Free and efficient! This option allows you to pick up your order within 24 hours. A team member will contact you to schedule a pickup time slot.
Standard tracked shipping: In major cities, we offer a white glove delivery service, but we also ship via regular carriers like UPS, FedEx, etc.
If you are eligible for the white glove delivery service, our shipping partner will contact you to deliver your order as soon as it is ready. You will be able to choose the date and time at your convenience.
If you live in a smaller city, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping & installation*: If you choose to have one of our team members install your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery and installation date based on your availability.
*This service is only available in most major cities in Quebec, Canada.
Returns and exchanges
We are really sorry to hear that! Please send us a picture of the damaged item(s) in question at email@example.com so that we can arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
If you believe the product you received is incomplete or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos/videos of the product in question. We will get back to you with the best possible solution.
We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, please contact us by email at email@example.com to let us know that you would like to make a return. Please be sure to mention your order number and the email address that you used during checkout.
Warranty of our products
Our solid wood surfaces come with a 3-year warranty.
Please note that solid wood has irregularities from one batch to another. This variation is completely normal when working with living materials, and it’s part of what makes our desks so unique and beautiful. For this reason, our warranty only applies to major defects in the wood, finish, or workmanship. These major defects could, for example, be cracks on the usable surface, which prevent full enjoyment of the product.
If you are unclear about what kind of defects are covered by our warranty, feel free to contact us.
Furthermore, please note that you are responsible for inspecting your product and reporting any potential defects to us within 7 days of receipt. Any defect that may occur later will be the result of normal use.
Solid wood is subject to:
• A slight change in colour over time
• Slight bending caused by a room’s temperature/humidity
• Minor cracks and irregularities
• Scratches if a sharp object is used directly on the surface
We guarantee the proper functioning of our adjustable frame for 10 years.
Indeed, we are so confident in its quality that we will exchange it for free in the case of breakage during normal use. Simply send us an email with supporting evidence (photos and/or videos), and a member of our team will take care of processing a replacement as soon as possible.

We offer a 1-year warranty on the Anti-Fatigue Mat. If you encounter any manufacturing defects or feel that your product does not function as promised, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and/or video attached to the email. We will figure out what the problem is. If we cannot fix the issue, we send you a replacement part.
